These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
