We're looking for a strategic, revenue-driven Talent Manager to own a roster of creators at the business-strategy level — not just executing campaigns, but building the growth plan behind them. You'll set revenue goals, lead high-value negotiations, oversee campaign execution across your roster, and mentor junior team members as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for your assigned roster, including monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Conduct regular creator business and strategy meetings; advise creators on brand positioning and long-term partnership strategy
- Lead outbound pitching efforts and build strategic, lasting relationships with brands and agencies
- Negotiate rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and campaign terms on behalf of your roster
- Identify renewal and long-term partnership opportunities beyond individual campaigns
- Oversee campaign execution across your roster — ensuring campaigns stay on schedule, meet client expectations, and resolving escalated challenges
- Review campaign performance and reporting at the roster level
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and tracking
- Mentor Talent Coordinators and Associate Talent Managers, sharing pitching strategies, negotiation tactics, and best practices
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Actively contribute to agency strategy discussions and process improvements
What Success Looks Like
- You serve as a strategic business partner to your creators, helping them grow their personal brands and achieve meaningful revenue growth
- You consistently identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate strong agreements, and build lasting relationships with brands and agency partners
- Your creators have a clear growth strategy because you proactively plan for both short-term opportunities and long-term success
- You lead campaigns with confidence, ensuring creators, brands, and internal team members experience exceptional communication and execution
- You mentor Talent Coordinators and Associate Talent Managers by sharing knowledge and helping elevate the performance of the team
- You think beyond today's campaigns, identifying ways to improve agency systems and strengthen partnerships
Qualifications
- Proven experience independently managing a creator/influencer roster, including revenue and partnership ownership
- Strong track record negotiating brand deals, rates, and contract terms
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both creators and brand/agency partners
- Strategic thinker, comfortable developing long-term growth plans for creators
- Confident mentoring and developing junior team members
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
- Passionate about the creator economy and building long-term creator careers
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in talent/influencer management, agency, or a related field
- Existing brand or agency contacts a plus
- Experience with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and project management or CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
What We Offer
- Health insurance stipend
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Summer Fridays (off at 12pm)
- Generous PTO and holidays, including a full paid week off for the Christmas holidays
- Primarily remote work, with monthly in-person team meetings in Franklin, TN
- Opportunities for professional development and long-term career growth
- A collaborative, supportive, entrepreneurial team environment
- The chance to work alongside top creators and leading consumer brands
